Wear the message. Start the conversation.

Progress Not Perfection is a reminder that healing isn’t about getting everything right — it’s about continuing to grow.

The young plant pushing through the ground, with its roots growing beneath the surface, represents the progress we don’t always see. Even when change feels slow, something can still be growing underneath.

Every small step matters. Every difficult day you move through is part of the journey.

Inspired by growth, resilience, patience, and self-acceptance, this design is a reminder to focus less on being perfect and more on how far you’ve come.

Progress doesn’t have to be perfect to matter.
